| Our Policy . . . . . . . is too fight all Social Injustice, including all form of segregation and discrimination, as also all miscarriage of justice, where-ever it crosses our path, in the name of democracy, efficiency, economy, and therefore, ecology. Only so does any future generation have any hope, chance, or future. It may be legal, but is it just, or even moral to deny any one the right to live in Peace, and Freedom, as the soveriegn state does with suspected or potential "offenders", even when it does not serve the "public interest". We do not believe in fixed penalty, as it is not ony illegal, with-out "due legal process", but equaly immoral, and counter-productive, as it drives the so-called offender even deeper into deprivation, poverty, and destitution. Any financial penalty only serves to propogate, and promote, gang and ghetto culture. The rift twixt Haves, and Have Nots, grows ever deeper. If, and only if, a custodial sentence is vital on grounds of public saftey, it should be kept to the absolute minimum where-ever possible, thereby minimizing public expence. The "time" should be put to good use by means of effective rehabilitation, followed by equaly effective resocialisation. There should be no reduction of sentence for good behaviour, but the original sentence should be trebled by foul behaviour. If a public prosecution does not serve the public interest, it should not be prosecuted, and according to the CPS Code of Practle, article 6, " a case should only then be prosecuted as a last resort". The home office para-military, as all other civil service, spend 80%-90% of their time paper chasing, and prosecuting, cases that are not by any means in the public, or any other third party interest, while grossly, even maliciously, neglecting, even ignoring, cases that should be prosecuted. Many cases that are prosecuted are, in fact, malicious prosecutions. People are often maimed, even killed, as a direct result of the above. We believe in Self Government, by the People, of the People, for the People! This can only be achieved by Public Referrendum, not by party political imperialism, or any other form of dictation, intimidation, or indoctrination. Obviously, we believe in the entire Human Rights Act, as of Geneva, 10/12/1948, specifically Articles 6 & 9, . . . the Right to Employment, to Self Sustenance, to Self Sufficiency, in any Trade, by any means, of our own Free choice, as also the Freedom of Thought, Deed, and Expression, verbal or otherwise. This whole is re-iterated in the EEC, Brussels, 05/10/1968, paragraph 1612. __________________ Since a few years now, it is possible to hold a clean, healthy, Public Referrendum, by means of Bio-chip 'n pin. The above only needs a swipe machine on every telephone, desk, and laptop, as also a bio enter key. So simple, and yet equaly impossible under the present regime. They find it much more efficient, economic, and ecologic, to win hearts and minds by means of Cruise Missiles, @ £9millionGB gross, per round munition! Happy and proud to be intelligent working class. The self same bio-chip 'n pin in every telephone call, every internet log-in, & every fax, would prevent most hoax & obscene calls, including those emanating from **** 626 **** numbers. It would equally lower the incidence of telephone stalking, inadmissable telephone tracking, (often without the necessary warrant), and spam e-mail. All "authorised" security personnel operating any form of scanning, tracking, (stalking) etc., should achieve access only by means of their own, personal, bio-chip 'n pin, and the subject victim of the operation should be automatically informed of the "intrusion", with immediate effect. All such intrusions should be kept on record, including date, time, place, purpose, and identity of all security personnel involved. The self same technology, combined with remote alarms and central locking, should be compulsory standard not only in all vehicles, plant, and machinery, but also in all real estate, not only offices and factories, but equally private homes, boats, caravans, etc. Obviously, the above would be far too complex for those currently in control of the world, as, despite having the highest pensions, often in excess of £1kGB / day net, they have no trade skills or practical qualifications, nor yet any industrial experience whatsoever. _______________ | |
